Jordan was born and raised a commoner, the son of retired warrior and his seamstress wife. Growing up, he was the youner of two children (His older brother left home and got married when Jordan was ten; he currently owns a shop in Kanemoria). He chose to become a dragon knight after coming across an abandoned, injured dragon in the forest. Despite his initial disappointment that his son wouldn't follow in his footsteps and take up the axe, his father gladly hired a renowed knight to train Jordan in dragon-handling and fighting with the lance. Jordan revered his teacher as asecond father figure and hoped to fight by his side someday, but the man was forced to retire after a near-fatal accident in battle. When he died several years later, Jordan was devastated, but vowed to live up to his teacher's legacy and become the best warrior he could.

His father died a short time ago as well, and since then Jordan has traveled across the continent as a freelance knight and part-time mercenary. He's constantly on the
lookout for work in order to support his aging mother, who he worries about more than he'll readily admit. He and his brother, Sean, barely see each other, but they exchange letters and have a fairly good relationship, even if they get on each other's nerves fairly often.

After travelling with Lord Kail and his company for some time, he parted ways with them and joined Fayre, Elden and his new main squeeze Jasmine en route to Kanemoria and Atsiria.

Your typical gentle giant, he has a heart as big as his muscles. He's a born fighter, but at the same time a peaceful man who doesn't care for excessive violence. He'll gladly fight to protect people, defend himself, or just to hone his strength, but he does not condone the harm of innocents for sport. He has a strong protective side, especially around those younger or smaller than he is.

Jordan is normally very laid back and happy, except when faced with a situation or a fight he can't win. When such a situation arises, he will do one of two things: Walk away bitter and angry, or fight his way into a dead end and become depressed when he's forced to concede defeat. He can be very stubborn, sometimes not knowing when to back down from a fight he just can't; this is something he doesn't like about himself and wishes he could fix. He has a very thick skin; it'd take something major to make him even slightly angry.

While not being the scholarly type, Jordan isn't exactly stupid. He has a strong sense of right and wrong while understanding that there are gray areas, not to mention a keen sense of direction forged from his years of travel.

However, he turns into a bit of a bumbler around girls he really likes. Namely, Jasmine.

He also has a very high alcohol tolerance; it takes him longer than the average man to even get near "tipsy".

Jordan is tall and stocky with short blond hair, blue eyes and a few scars here and there. He wears a gray shirt and pants with forest-green armor. His dragon, Orion, is reddish-brown with black stripes under his eyes and a mark on his left wing.
